Membership
Membership is earned at the door.
The Capital Alliance Network members run independent private markets firms at every stage, from a first fund to platforms managing more than $1 billion. The floor is published so you can judge fit before you apply.

What members receive
The work, the peers, the rooms.
Readiness
Institutional readiness
A clear read on where your materials, model, and operations stand against what allocators expect, and the support to close the gaps.
Peers
The Table
Eight members matched on stage and seriousness. Monthly sessions: what is moving for each member, one member's live work under structured peer review, and an ask-and-offer board carried between sessions.
Rooms
Convenings
Priority invitations to the Open Capital series and The Capital Alliance Network convenings, held in small rooms by design.
Intelligence
Capital Briefings and the Ledger
A monthly members-only briefing with a featured practitioner, with replays, plus the Capital Ledger.
Partners
Alliance Partner Webinars
Working sessions led by vetted Alliance Partners on the legal, fund administration, technology, and banking work behind an institutional firm. Members attend live or watch the replay.
Execution
Fractional Execution Team
When readiness work turns into something that needs building, The Capital Alliance Network's execution team runs it on member terms.
How review works
Verified, then watched, then decided.
- Your answers to the bar questions are checked against public filings.
- You record a video of up to five minutes. The admissions team watches every one.
- You receive a decision within the review window, and a Table assignment if admitted.
Not yet a fit?
The right next step.
If you are still forming your fund or your company, The Capital Alliance Network has a place for that work before membership.
Still forming
The 2027 Labs
Four-week cohorts that put you through the real work of capital formation, allocation, and acquisition.
Does The Capital Alliance Network raise capital for members?
No. The Capital Alliance Network is a membership network. It does not raise, place, or arrange capital, and it does not recommend investments. Members do their own raising, better prepared and in better company.
Do I need to be raising right now?
No. Many members are between raises, building out their platforms, or running established funds. Membership is about the work of running an institutional firm and the company you keep while doing it.
Is The Capital Alliance Network only for emerging managers?
No. Members range from first funds to platforms managing more than $1 billion. Tables are matched on stage and scale, so every member sits with peers who face the same decisions.
Which strategies do members run?
Members work across private markets strategies. The Table matches members on stage and scale so the peer review stays relevant.
How long does review take?
You receive a decision within the review window stated on your confirmation. Every video is watched by a person.
What is the time commitment?
The Table meets once a month for a working session, with a running thread between sessions. Capital Briefings run monthly and Alliance Partner Webinars run through the year, each about an hour, live or on replay. Convenings are by invitation. Everything beyond your Table is optional.
